No. Nemis runs entirely on your Windows machine as a local .HTA application. It does not send data anywhere, it does not require an account, and it performs all file operations, system checks, and network scanning locally through Windows-native APIs (WMI, ARP, Scripting.FileSystemObject).
You receive the full Nemis package delivered to the email address included in your Venmo payment note. The package contains:
  • The Nemis .HTA console application
  • The supporting JavaScript backend file
  • A short quick-start guide explaining how to launch and use commands
The application is ready to run immediately on Windows without installation.
